Negative thinking and inventing problems instead of solutions will get you nowhere but to the hospital. We are all stressed. A lot. However, some of us can cope with such situation much better than everyone else. Those are people who spend some time relaxing and thinking about their own lives and the world around them. They try not to worry about things they can't do a thing about and concentrate on those that can be helped. They are the leaders, millionaires and happy people at the same time. They do not waste their time on thinking about problems that can't be solved. They don't worry, but find solutions instead. You can be one of those people, too. You only have to learn how to cope with your stress.
